Ex Army turned entrepreneur, Kevin Daniels is a former commercial helicopter pilot (ATPL-H), turned venture engineer. A specialist in clean-tech and waste-to-commodity solutions, he’s known for identifying scalable opportunities—earning recognition like a Financial Times feature in 2012 for his work with private equity and early-growth ventures. As founder of Access To Profit Ltd and Regeneco HQ Limited, he’s scaled other startups from co-founding LLS Ltd to raising seed capital for BSNR (later listed on the Swiss stock exchange). Former Chair and co-founder of Tribe160, he also helped UKTI launch the TechHub in China. With 25+ years in property investment, he balances business with rugby, skiing and global adventures.
Richard Clamp is a seasoned expert in renewable energy and energy conversion systems, with decades of hands-on experience across the sector. He has played a pivotal role in the development and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects, including more than 275MW of solar PV, 40MW of biomass heating, and a broad portfolio of waste-to-energy initiatives.
His technical expertise encompasses solar and battery storage, anaerobic digestion (both wet and dry systems), thermal conversion technologies and a unique high volume dry system. Operating across both the UK and Europe, Richard has consistently driven innovation and implemented practical, forward-thinking solutions at management level to support the transition to a more sustainable energy future.
